Carl Randolph is the Founder and CEO of Unique Mind Creations and the inventor of its breakthrough patented product. He is a (Former) United States Marines Military Veteran. He is a (Retired) Police Veteran with over thirty years of numerous training, accomendations, and awards. He served over 25 years as a police officer for Vinita Park Police Department in Vinita Park, Missouri. During his time as an officer Mr. Randolph has earned 2 service awards for service above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Randolph retired after serving 6 years as a hospital security officer.
Mr. Randolph has also served 2 terms as an elected Village Official to the Board of Trustees' of the Village of Hanley Hills, Missouri. Were he learned about small city municiple politics. He has over 10 years of qualifications as a Missouri State Notary.

Delmicio Randolph is the President and Lead Researcher for Unique Mind Creations with over 10 years of business knowledge. Delmicio Randolph attended Everest College were he immensely expanded his knowledge on Business Administration and Computer Analysis. With his vast knowledge of Microsoft programs like PowerPoint, Excel, and Access as the Vice President of Unique Mind Creations he has helped to establish and propell the company's brand to the general public. Mr Randolph is a former worker for companies such as Monsanto and Budget Rental Car. Delmicio Randolph has a 20 year knowledged history in automotive mechanics and safety.
